It's Wednesday night and I have not been on the bike since Sunday. I feel the need to get on the bike but month three of each quarter is always tough as the intensity around closing business ramps up. It is hard to find time for exercise. Maybe I will get up early tomorrow!
On another note, NPR had a lengthy piece tonight about the scandal in the Catholic church in Ireland. I am horrifed by the stories of abuse there and apparently there is worse to come when the report on the Archdiocese of Dublin comes out next month. The church in Ireland has a lot to answer for!
